Cosmos flowers, I felt so nostalgic during the painting of this, even slightly sad, but a ki d of sheltering sadness, as if I could sit in the shade of a calm longing and know that my life ís full, and that time is fleeting, and it is sad that we cannot keep the moments that make out hearts melt and flutter all at once with us all the time, but as time moves, we get to have another, and another...A happy sadness of loving what will be lost, of present becoming loving memories. A kind of sheltering, precious nostalgia. ✨️ I loved painting this.
